When I say I have some of the BEST couples this year, I literally mean it. I met Kaitlyn and Jordan last year to talk about being their photographer for their wedding at Stone Tower Winery in June this year. I went away from our meeting totally LOVING them and praying they would hire me as their photographer. They are just so stinking cute together and I think we hit it off right away. AND turns out we know a lot of the same people from them working on the Hill. (Note, I didn’t work on the Hill..my hubby did and a lot of our friends from our church in DC did). We met in October to do their engagement session, and you guys, IT WAS FREEZING! Oh man, it was the first cold snap we had in the area. But you wouldn’t know it from looking at them. It was such a fun morning walking around Old Town with them and I LOVED every bit about their shoot.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, one of the BEST parts about my job is getting to know my couples and telling their love story through my camera and I literally can’t wait for their wedding this summer! See you in June, Kaitlyn + Jordan!
