The rain held off!! All week I’ve been obsessively watching the weather for Allie + Pete’s wedding on Friday. I’ve asked friends to pray with me that it won’t rain for their wedding day. This day has been a loooong time coming. They booked me in 2019 and was supposed to be married in 2020, but you know how the story goes. They were finally able to have their big celebration this year and I’m so so excited for them. It was a perfect day and we made it just in time. Stephanie from SRS Events was watching the weather all day and made the right call to start the ceremony early because just as they were announced husband and wife, it started to pour. Perfect, perfect timing!

I couldn’t get over the gorgeousness of the day. The garden feel Allie had envisioned for her wedding was so beautiful and elegantly pulled off at Shadow Creek.

One of the best parts about being a wedding photographer is getting to cheer on your couples as they embark on their marriage and I couldn’t be more excited for Allie + Pete. I love getting a glimpse into the legacy they have started.
